Delivery timelines are estimated number of days for your product to be delivered at your doorstep. Our standard shipping is 2-4 business days. These timelines are based on business days and exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can initiate your request for refund or replacement within 10 days of delivery. For example: If you Placed your order on the 5th, then you have until the 15th to request a return.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Pakro.store packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box. Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

If your return request does not meet the Pakro.store return policy conditions, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.
